Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are made-to-order. This means production begins as soon as an order is placed. Because of this:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Changes to size, color, or address may not be possible after ordering
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn or unused
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Include receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you:
- Return shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Size Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to size issues:
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned item
We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging

Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:

- Processing time is up to 10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time
